Can I buy gift cards for my friends?
Soon enough we will be offering Gift Cards, however right now this feature is not available.
My order was cancelled because it was suspected as fraudulent. What am I supposed to do?
We have advanced fraud protection filters to protect your privacy and to provide a secure transaction, orders are generally cancelled when the country of the credit card where it was issued does not match with the location of the order being placed. You can use a different credit card and place your order again. For further information please contact us.

How much is delivery?
Worldwide Shipping is free on orders over $35.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping is $3.99. We also have Expedited and Priority Shipping options available.
International Shipping Rates:
We have flat rate for International Standard Shipping for $16.98*
*Flat Rate for some Asian countries may change.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Domestic Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited Shipping takes 1-3 business days and Priority Shipping arrives on the next business day.
International Orders arrive within 9-25 Business days depending on the destination country.
Do you provide tracking information for the packages?
We provide tracking information for all orders however International order tracking may sometimes not be available once the item leaves US borders. This is generally due to the incompatible tracking system of local postal service of the destination country.

Are items shipped together, or in separate packages?
We have network of warehouses in USA, it entirely depends where the item(s) you have ordered are being shipped from. You will receive multiple tracking information if items are shipped separately
Returns and Refunds

If you are within US, we will provide all the details and shipping labels! Don't worry returns are easy on Go for Cheaper!
Please note that we do not provide return labels for international orders.
What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. You will see the refunded amount in your credit card statement.
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from Returns Center page by selecting "I want a replacement for the item". If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item if item is available, otherwise you will get a full refund for the order.
